Asociația Proprietarilor din Strop de Cer

We are the landowners of Strop de Cer, Grid village, Pârâu commune, Brașov county. We formed a legal association so we could do together what could not be done separately: take care of the road.

How we work

This site is the source of truth: the documents, decisions, and contributions record live here, permanently and searchably. The WhatsApp announcements group only sends the short notice and the link. The discussion group stays what it was — the place where we talk freely.

The association's money has a single rule, one we set ourselves: whoever records a contribution cannot confirm it. Every entry shows who entered it and who validated it. Not because we suspect each other, but because with large sums someone will ask — and it is better to have the answer ready.
