Through Decision no. 53 of 6 July 2026, the roads of the Strop de Cer development — CF 101549 — were classified as a road of local interest (communal road). Here we keep the public record of the project: what was decided and what documents exist.
Where we are

What needs fixing
One is the road you take to reach Grid. The other is the network inside the area. They are handled separately, with separate procedures.
A dirt-and-gravel road descending from the village. The critical sectors are the wet zones and the narrow forest stretches, where the bank needs earthworks.
The roads of the Strop de Cer development recorded under CF 101549 (52,920 sqm) were classified as a road of local interest (communal road) by Decision 53. The category change at the land registry, from “building yards” to “road”, remains to be done.
