HCL no. 20 of 14.09.2016 — acceptance of the donation of the road plots in Grid (the founding act)
The founding act of the whole chain. Pârâu Local Council accepts the offer to donate four plots of land with the 'road' land-use category in the village of Grid (CF 101040, 101052, 100990 and 101054), owned by Dăneț Pavel-Dan and Dăneț Adrian-Dumitru. The plots are given the designation of streets and are entered in the commune's public-domain inventory. This 2016 act underpins the later steps: HCL 61 and 66 (2025 — attestation and actual transfer into the public domain) and HCL 53 (2026 — classification as a communal road).
