HCL no. 61 of 30.09.2025 — attestation that the roads in Grid belong to the public domain (donation)
Pârâu Local Council attests that six plots of land with the 'road' land-use category in the village of Grid, accepted through an offer of donation (Dănet Pavel-Dan and Dănet Adrian Dumitru), belong to the commune's public domain. Among them, the property under CF 101549 (52,920 sqm) — the road in the Strop de Cer PUZ. The plots are given the designation of streets and are entered in the public-domain inventory. The 2025 source act behind HCL 53/2026. The actual transfer into the public domain was carried out one month later, through HCL 66/30.10.2025, which supplements and amends this decision.
