HCL no. 66 of 30.10.2025 — transfer of the roads in Grid into the commune's public domain
Pârâu Local Council takes over the ownership right and approves the transfer, from the commune's private domain into its public domain, of the six properties with the 'road' land-use category in the village of Grid (CF 101054, 100925, 101549, 101040, 101052 and 100990), for the purpose of definitive land-registry recording in the name of Pârâu Commune. It supplements and amends HCL 61/30.09.2025: whereas HCL 61 attests belonging to the public domain following the donation, HCL 66 carries out the actual transfer — the act on the basis of which OCPI acted. Adopted in an extraordinary session on 30.10.2025, with 0 abstentions (10 of 11 councillors present).
